Lizzie Singer

Employment Support Officer

Lizzie joined the team at Guernsey Employment Trust in January 2025 as an Employment Support Officer.

Previously, Lizzie worked as an Education Mental Health Practitioner (EMHP) at The Youth Commission for Guernsey and Alderney, where she provided valuable support to students in schools, helping them navigate mental health challenges. With a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Bath and a postgraduate diploma as an EMHP from Southampton, Lizzie is well-equipped with both academic knowledge and hands-on experience in supporting people with their wellbeing.

Outside of work, Lizzie is passionate about strongman training, enjoys reading books by authors such as Stephen King and Patricia Gibney, and can often be found juggling multiple and varied TV series. Driven by a passion for helping others, Lizzie takes great pride in building meaningful connections with people and making a positive impact on their lives.
