Paul Walsh

Project Lead

Paul joined Guernsey Employment Trust in February 2026, bringing with him over 20 years of experience in the aviation industry.

He graduated from the University of Leeds with a BA (Hons) in Japanese before embarking on his aviation career.

Motivated by a personal passion for supporting others with invisible disabilities, Paul made the move into the third sector, where he is committed to helping individuals overcome challenges and thrive in meaningful employment.

Paul has travelled to Lourdes several times with the Children’s Pilgrimage Trust, assisting children with disabilities, an experience he finds especially rewarding.

Outside of work, Paul is a dedicated all-year-round sea swimmer, enjoys going to the gym, and loves travelling and cooking.
