Senior Employment Support Officer

Tania joined the Guernsey Employment Trust team as an Employment Support Officer in April 2018.

Before joining GET Tania worked in HR, she completed her CIPD Foundation Level 3 Certificate in Human Resources Practice (CHRP) in 2015. Tania has extensive experience working in retail managerial roles both in Guernsey and prior to this for 8 years in London managing a team of up to 30 people.

Tania’s experience in HR and Managerial roles will bring an invaluable knowledge to the Supported Employment team. She is really looking forward to using her skills and understanding of the challenges of recruitment to support job seekers in finding employment.

Tania has volunteered with Action for Children in Guernsey, where she helped a number of students with interview skills and job searching.

Outside of work Tania loves spending time with family and friends. She loves good healthy food, and has an interest in yoga, spirituality and walking. She also enjoys reading when she finds the time.
