Welcome to the Team! 

We’re excited to welcome two brand new Employment Support Officers (ESO) to our team, Leo Thomas and Lizzie Singer.

Leo has a diverse skillset developed from working across a variety of sectors throughout the years, most recently within healthcare as a support worker. He said:

"Since joining Guernsey Employment Trust, I’ve had the opportunity to start learning and developing my skills to better support clients. The team at GET has been amazingly supportive and guided me through the required training courses and induction process. I now look forward to building meaningful relationships with clients, watching them grow, and gaining the confidence and skills they need to prepare for, find, and maintain work."

Lizzie brings a wealth of experience and skills from her previous role as an Education Mental Health Practitioner and shared:

"I feel incredibly settled here at GET already and am thoroughly looking forward to getting stuck in with the role as ESO. I’m looking forward to forming positive working relationships with clients and employers and supporting clients into work opportunities."
