Welcome to Team GET

We’re happy to have Paul Walsh join us in the role of Project Lead.

Paul’s role focuses on championing the Employers’ Disability Charter. This involves supporting organisations to adopt the second edition and helping to raise the Charter’s profile through wider engagement and marketing.

Paul comes to GET with a background in the travel industry bringing with him extensive experience in customer relationship management and training. Paul says:

“I’m excited to be joining Guernsey Employment Trust and stepping into the third sector. While this is a new industry for me, my passion for inclusion and for creating meaningful opportunities that help people grow is longstanding. This has been shaped both by my professional experience and my own lived experience of disability. I’m looking forward to working alongside employers to embed inclusivity into Guernsey’s workplaces.”
