Team Leader – Supported Employment

We are recruiting a full‑time Team Leader (permanent) to provide day‑to‑day leadership within our Supported Employment service, supporting staff to deliver high‑quality, person‑centred employment support, while also managing a small caseload. The role also involves hands‑on involvement in referrals and the Client Leadership Team, helping to coordinate, assess and progress individuals through the Supported Employment service.
